CANCELLATION POLICY
●****I charge 100% cancelation fee for day of cancellations with no deposit paid. A 20% no show fee with a deposit paid for day of no show. You are given 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm or reschedule. ALL appointments should have a deposit paid unless payment arrangements have been set in place and discussed prior. **** ●●●If your deposit for your appointment is paid and you do NOT show up/communicate, you have paid for that missed time block only, a 20% no show fee is applied●●● ●Your next service will be a NEW appointment, with a NEW deposit unless discussed further. As I could have booked someone else for the time you did not show up to.
